For peak season (October through April) and holiday sessions, booking 4–6 weeks ahead is recommended — those dates fill quickly. For summer sessions, 2–3 weeks is usually fine. If you have a specific sunset beach session in mind, earlier is always better. Reach out and I'll tell you what's available.

I work throughout Southwest Florida, but some of my favorite spots include Vanderbilt Beach, Clam Pass Park, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park, and various beaches along Marco Island. I can also photograph at a location that's meaningful to your family — a park, garden, your own home, or wherever you feel most yourselves. I'll give you honest recommendations based on the look you're going for.

Coordinated outfits work better than matching ones. Pick a color palette of 2–3 complementary tones and let each person choose something in that range. Avoid loud patterns and logos. Layers, textures, and accessories add visual interest. Most importantly, everyone should wear something they feel comfortable and like themselves in. I'll send you a more detailed guide when you book.

There's no hard limit. I photograph everything from young families of three to multi-generational gatherings of twenty or more. Larger groups simply take a bit more time to coordinate, so we allow extra time when booking. Just let me know your group size when you reach out.
